First Time Racing at The Brickyard!

It was an honor to race at the brickyard for the first time, but unfortunately fell just short of winning at our first try. I felt really strong through practice, which was why I was dissapointed to only come away with a P3 in qualifying and once again miss out on the front row. A P3 in Race 1 was good for solid points, and a recovery drive to P2 after a 5 place grid penalty gave me confidence we could fight for the win in Race 3 starting from the front row. Unfortunately, I lacked the pace to go with the leaders, and a costly mistake meant I had to settle for P4. Still, it was good to return to the podium after a two round drought, and get our championship campaign back on track. Overall a solid bounce back from our recent struggles, and we’ll be sure to carry this momentum into New Jersey, where we can hopefully find the top box once more!
