2nd Straight Weekend Sweep at NJMP

We had a great weekend at NJMP, continuing our momentum from the previous round and coming away with a second straight weekend sweep.

After a penalty in qualifying, I lined up P5 for race 1. After fighting through the field, a couple of mistakes dropped me back through the field again. I was able to capitalize on some chaos on a late restart to move into 2nd place, before taking the win in the closing laps.

Race two was a much tidier race on my part. Two early cautions disrupted the flow of the race, but after we got going I was able to take the lead and control the race before coming away with the win.

Overall, another great weekend as I extend my championship lead. I’ll look to extend my lead in the championship next time out at CTMP!
