Tricky Taupo

Round 2 of the CTFROT saw us travel south from Hampton Downs to Lake Taupo. We had mixed conditions over the two practice days, so I headed into Q1 with limited dry running. Over the four races, I continued to grow accustomed to the new tires and track flow, Finishing P18 and P16, before finishing a decent P10 finish in Race 3 with a major pace improvement. I showed similar pace in race 4, but a bad starting position, followed by a poor start caused me to get stuck at the back of the train and finish in P15. Still came away from the weekend with more learning and am excited to show what I can do over the last two rounds.
